Patterned paper 3 ways

Hello!
For my post today I have used the 'We are pregnant' paper pack from Craftangles to make 3 cards.
I have used the non theme papers from the pack to make these cards.
I have tried to use them in different ways..I very happy with the results..I hope you like them too.

For the first card, I used left over scraps from earlier cards to stamp the sentiment.
I added a die cut cupcake from Concord and 9th and some sequins to finish the card.

Dad-My Superhero!

Hello!
I am showcasing the Craftangles 'Dad-my superhero' stamp set. for my Craft Adda post.

I have made two cards and a bookmark tag,
all using the same image and various sentiments from the stampset.

For the first card, I used the Craftangles 'Argyle' stencil and Memories white ink to create a background on kraft card stock.
I then stamped the image and sentiment with black Versafine ink and added the white embossed Happy Birthday sentiment from Stampendous to finish the card.

For the second card, I used memento inks to stamp the image onto Bielo cardstock and added a watercolour background.
I die cut the panel using Simon Says Stamp stitched squares and layered it with a blue die cut panel to make the colours pop. I finished the card by adding the sentiment from the same stamp set.

To create the tag, I stamped the image using Memento inks onto Bielo cardstock and then die cut the bookmark using the PaperTrey Ink die.
I die cut the same out of Vellum and layered it on the bookmark.
I heat embossed the sentiment in white on the vellum layer,
and added red and white bakers twine to finish the tag.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a great day!

Winnie and Walter 3rd birthday bash..Mood board challenge and others.

Hello!
I am playing the Winnie and Walter 'mood board' challenge this evening.

I was inspired by this mood board to create the card below...
I liked the idea of the pink flowers against the blue sky, so I tried to recreate it, using Mudra stamps.
To do so, I created a mask with a circle die cut, and stamped the flowers onto the card.
I then enclosed the circle using a circle frame die cut from Queen and Company.
I created the free hand yellow polka dot background using  Camlin watercolours.
I finished the card by using an embossed, and a die cut and stacked
sentiment from Winnie and Walter.
I used a few sequins from Pretty Pink Posh to add some whimsy to the card.

I am also linking this card to the
Winnie and Walter '3 challenge' (3 techniques..masking, rubber stamping and die cutting),

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Have a great evening.

Winnie and Walter 3rd birthday bash..create a pattern challenge and others.

Hello!
I am jumping in and playing the Winnie and Walter 3rd birthday bash challenges today!
It's the last day today!!

To create the base of these shaker cards, I used the 'My precious' stamp set from Winnie and Walter. I used my Misti tool to create the background pattern of the gems.
Once I created the shaker elements using Lawn Fawn's Polaroid die and Queen and Company's circle frame dies, I used plastic gem shaped sequins to fill up the shaker.
I love the brightness it brings to the cards.
I finished the cards with sentiment dies and stamps from PaperTrey ink.

Winnie and Walter 3rd birthday bash-stencil and other challenges

Hello!
I am jumping in and playing the Winnie and Walter 3rd birthday bash challenges today!
It's the last day today!!

To make this card, I used the Winnie and Walter roses stamp set. I watercoloured the roses and fussy cut them, as I did the sentiment too.
I used the Winnie and Walter triangles stencil and hero arts neon inks to create the ink blended stencilled background.
I added a (mft) stitched frame cut out of gold cardstock to add interest to the card. I finished it with transparent sequins from Pretty Pink Posh and adhering the panel to a kraft card base.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Have a great day!

Mixing Patterns.

Hello!
I made this  card today for my official DT post at the CraftAdda blog,
using two pretty patterns from a Craftangles 6"x6" patterned paper pack.
I cut the top sheet in an angle to generate interest and then adhered it to the bottom sheet.
After cutting the panel to fit the 6"x 4" white card base, I partially dry embossed it using a cuttlebug embossing folder.
I then adhered this to the card base.
I then gold embossed the sentiment from Craftangles 'You rock' stamp set using Craftangles gold embossing powder, on a piece of matching card stock.
After cutting the sentiment panel to size, I partially embossed this panel too.
I adhered the sentiment panel to finish the card.

Sweet and simple...just as I like it!
Hope you like it too!

Have a nice day!
