Its a big deal!

Hi! I have a card today for the Paper Smooches Sparks Anything goes (wk5) challenge as well as the Simply Less is More 'Celebration' challenge, in honour of their 200th challenge.

The stamps I've used are from the Paper Smooches 'Think Fast' stamp set and for the background, the Hero Arts 'Its your day' stamp set.

I stamped the images on white card stock using Memento inks, coloured them with watercolours and then fussy cut them. I then popped them with some 3D foam tape.

I cut the hexagon using Spellbinders nestabilities.

I like that this is a fun card that can lend itself to more than one occasion!
What do you think?

Thanks so much for stopping by…
Enjoy your evening!

Princess dress

Good Morning Everyone!
For my official Craft Adda post today I have a card that I made using the cutest little (Princess dress) die from Memory box dies.

After much contemplation, I decided to hang the dress from this fabulous sentiment stamp from Hampton Art, which has been heat embossed with Metallic blue embossing powder from American Crafts, cut out and popped up with 3D tape.

For the background, I heat embossed the dazzle stamp with clear embossing powder and added some self adhesive gemstones to add some bling.

To add interest to the dress I dry embossed it using the cuttlebug roses embossing folder, and added an bit of navy blue ribbon.

I love the way it has turned out...don't you?!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a great day!

Mail box love

For my official Craft adda post today I have this cute card that I made using stamps from Lawn Fawn's 'You got Mail' stamp set and the map background stamp from Impression Obsession.

I first stamped and then fussy cut the mail box and the letter.
I then cut a slit in the mailbox and inserted the letter into it and popped it on the card with 3D foam tape.
I finished by adding the sentiment to the background stamped cardstock and added the hearts for interest.

Hope you like the card as much as I enjoyed making it.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a nice evening!

Chinese Takeout

Today I have another fun card for you, made with stamps the 'Good Fortune Stamp Set'  from Lawn Fawn.

I used the tutorial from Emily Leiphart to make the 3D Chinese takeout box.
The sketch I have used is from the Retro Sketches challenge.
For the background I used stamps from Kodonmo Inc.'s 'Chinese Tea Set' stamp set to stamp on bright red card stock.
I then cut it into strips and placed the strips a little apart from each other to create interest.
For the sentiment banner, I stamped the fortune cookie strip twice...one straight, once inverted, to create a banner.
The sentiment is an outline sticker from 'Anita's.'
The box and sentiment are all popped up with foam tape.

Fun, isn't it?!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a great day!

More dangle cards...

Inspired by my earlier dangle cards, I made  couple on order.
I loved the way they turned out...
Thanks for stopping by...Hope you love my cards too...
A card for a 3 year old boy who loves cars!
I punched out little cars and coloured them in. I had a similar car (as the punch) stamp, which I used to create the background on the card as well as the envelope. I used Faber Castell sketch pens to colour them in.
Sentiments are from Hero Arts.

Seen here with a matching envelope

For a little ballerina!

I added a 3D punchcraft flower at the ballerina's waist to add interest. I printed out the image on the red and white papers and then cut it to size. The white dots and hearts were added with a white pen.
