Second inspiration for the ICR flavour board of the month!

Hello!
There is still time to join in the fun and play the November

To help you along, here is my second inspiration card for this challenge. The challenge ends at midnight on 28th November. We have some awesome prizes lined up for you from 'The Craft shop'.
don't forget to tag your entries with ICRCPREWIN01

Now about my card...

To make this card, I used stamps from from the 'Stamped stitches' Stamp set from Hot of the Press and the Christmas Sentiment from Hero Arts.

I used Tim Holtz distress inks to colour the background so the black and white panel could pop.
The flowers are made using Punch bunch punches and the leaves are from Spellbinders Shapeabilities.

Thanks so much for stopping by...
Have a great day!

Playing with Backgrounds 10

Another background from the 'Stamped Stiches' stamp set from 'Hot Off The Press'.
This is my absolute favourite...the leaves have been cut by Spellbinders dies and embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder.
The flower is made with punches from 'Punch Bunch'. The sentiment is from  the Die-namics 'Tag you're it' stamp set  from mftstamps.
Cute heart shaped button and raffia from my stash.
Thanks so much for stopping by...
Enjoy!

Playing With Backgrounds 7

Another background using 'Stamped Stiches' stamp set from 'Hot Off The Press'.
I really had fun with this one!!
The background is stamped with "Memories' acid free dye ink in Sand.
The rose stamp is from Stampin' Up and the leaves I bought sooooooooo long ago, I just don't remember! I stamped the  rose and the leaves with Memento Rich Cocoa ink on papers from the 'Making Memories'  'Just Chillin' 6x6" Paper pad, cut them out and paper pieced them using 3D foam tape.
The sentiment is from the 'Vase set'  stamp set from Stampendous.
The button and cord is from my Bangkok stash! Tag...Spellbinders nestabilities.
A few self adhesive gemstones and pearls ( available in India from A1 craft supplies), and my card was ready.
Just love it!!

Made with the 'Stamped Stiches' Stamp set from Hot Off The Press, this time in Rich cocoa, Pear Tart and Tangelo from Memento Dew Drop ink set. I think this photo off sets the colours beautifully.
the sentiment is from Hero Arts, the 'All Occassion Messages' stamp set.

Playing with Backgrounds

I recently pulled out an old stamp set...'Stamped Stiches' from 'Hot Off The Press'... and decided to create some backgrounds.
Here I have used Smokey Grey and Jet Black  from Versafine Ink.
I then used a photograph that I took in London, as the focal image. I particularly like this rose, because, it is not perfect!
the lovely sentiment is from 'Hero Arts'  'All Occassion Messages'.
I love the way this card turned out..what do you think?
