Happy 60th..in orange!

Hey everyone!
I am playing the Dynamic Duos  and the CAS(E) This sketch challenge today.

Here, I have used the Newsprint Background stamp from Hero Arts stamped in Tangelo from Memento.
The embossed cupcake stamps are from Cuttlebug and I have used the faux letterpress technique (as seen on stamp tv) while embossing them with my favourite colour  from Versfine..Habanero!
The sentiment, I have put together using letters from the Hot of the Press 'Artsy ABC's' stamp set and Hero Arts 'fanciful swirl alphabet' stamp set. . I fussy cut the numbers and popped them up with some 3D foam tape, to create some interest.

Nice card isn't it?

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Enjoy your day!

YOU DID IT!

Happy Thursday everyone!
Hope the week is going well and you are looking forward to the weekend.
I know I am!!

With exam fever on in full swing and with many having finished their exams as well, I thought it would be a good time to prepare for the arrival of the results!
I have, therefore, this card for you.

Here are the materials I used...
The page die is from Spellbinders Shapeabilities and the number dies are from Cuttlebug.
The page stamp is from Impression Obsession.
The A+ stamp is one of my own and the sentiment stamps are from Hero Arts.
Inks are from Memento and I have lightly distressed the page with Tim Holtz tea dye distress ink.
The red and blue banners on the side have been embossed with a cuttlebug embossing folder using the letterpress technique.

Hope you like it as much as I enjoyed making it!
Thanks for stopping by...
Enjoy!

My first Moxie Fab challenge!!

I am on a roll!!!!
I am enjoying playing all these challenges so so much!!
Why did I wait so long to do this?!!

I made this card to enter in the Moxie Fab Ombre Challenge and the CAS-UAL Friday CFC95 Challenge, which requires me to make a CAS card without using any stamps. I am also entering it for the Splitcoast stampers 'Monochromatic Madness' challenge.
Here I have used the stamp die  and from Cuttlebug and embossed it with the stamp embossing folder using the Letterpress technique that I learnt from Gina.K of Stamptv.
The Memento Inks I have used are Grape jelly, Lilac posies and Lulu Lavender.
The alphabets are cut out using Cuttlebug Alphabet Dies.
The self adhesive gem stones are from my local craft store.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Love to hear what you think!
Enjoy!
