I am playing the ATCAS "Dream" challenge and the Retro sketches rs183 challenge this evening.
The printed paper is from the Mad about Blue paper pack from CraftTangles available at Craft Adda.
The balloons and the clouds are from are from Lawn Fawn and the sentiment is an unknown wood block rubber stamp.
I've coloured the balloons using my trusted Camlin water colours and fussy cut them.
I really enjoyed planning and making this card..hope you like it too!
